Return and Delayed delivery

In the Standard International Air Mail with tracking number, with the less than 0.3% of packet loss ratio, this delivery system is very reliable.

However, occasionally ‘undeliverable’ orders are returned to because of incorrect mail address or absence of the recipient. Also, orders are  delayed because of failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable).

To prevent these delivery problems, we want to put your phone number on the package box as well as your address when we mail out. Thus, please leave your phone number on our website when you make an order.

Orders will be delivered to almost every country by postal services worldwide but delivery times can be longer depending on your local delivery situation and customs issues. It will take more 30 working days especially during busy seasons(i.e., end of the year). For deliveries to some countries(i.e., Russia, Central and South america, some Mediterranean areas, some European countries), on rare occasion, it might take about 60 days regardless of busy seasons. So please understand it when this happen.

You may or may not receive a tracking number for your shipment depending on the courier service. If your tracking information is not checked or your orders are not delivered too long, please contact your local post office or customs office for more information.

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”. However, customers will be charged for resend shipping fee. If you would not like to have your order re-shipped because you don’t want to pay for resend shipping fee, you will be refunded but except the original shipping cost.
